Желтое тело - преходящая структура, периодически формирующаяся и подвергающаяся инволюции.Процесс формирования, функционирования и регресса желтого тела находится под строгим контролем гипофиза, яичников, иммунной системы и факторов роста.Физиологическая целесообразность желтого тела заключается в секреции стероидов и пептидов, которые совершенно необходимы для пролонгирования беременности Условием формирования полноценного желтого тела является адекватная ФСГ- стимуляция, постоянная поддержка ЛГ, адекватное число гранулезных клеток в преовуляторном фолликуле с высоким содержанием рецепторов к ЛГ. Единственным, с нашей точки зрения, действенным методом профилактики неопластических процессов яичника является длительное подавление биологически нецелесообразной овуляции без последующего оплодотворения с помощью низкодозированных оральных контрацептивов.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Behiman H.R., Endo R.F. et al.
