Это обусловлено, прежде всего, невозможностью проведения в силу этических причин крупномасштабных рандомизированных исследований с участием беременных женщин. Основным источником данных о безопасности ЛС в период гестации являются фармакоэпидемиологические исследования. Наряду с ретроспективными фармакоэпидемиологическими исследованиями в последние годы стали проводиться и проспективные исследования. Это, прежде всего, регистры беременности, направленные на выявление женщин, принимающих определенные ЛС, и регистрацию исходов беременностей у них. Сначала регистры беременности вели производители оригинальных препаратов, впоследствии во многих странах были введены национальные регистры беременности.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Brent R.L.
