Particular attention is paid to the synthetic genistein. The highest genistein efficacy, when compared to other phytoestrogens is confirmed by comparative and placebo-controlled trials. However, prolonged use of genistein does not affect the proliferate processes in the endometrium and breast. Genistein can be considered a good alternative to hormone therapy when it is proved to be impossible or undesirable.</p>
Генистеин можно считать достойной альтернативой гормональной терапии в случаях, когда она невозможна или нежелательна.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>postmenopause</kwd><kwd>phytoestrogens genistein</kwd><kwd>hot flushes</kwd><kwd>endometrial</kwd><kwd>breast</kwd><kwd>security</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>постменопауза</kwd><kwd>фитоэстрогены</kwd><kwd>генистеин</kwd><kwd>приливы жара</kwd><kwd>эндометрий</kwd><kwd>молочная железа</kwd><kwd>безопасност</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Клинические рекомендации.
