At the same time, the transdermal administration of estrogensallows not only to maintain a stable blood concentration, but alsoalmost completely avoid liver metabolism. Transdermal estrogen ischaracterized by pronounced pharmacokinetic advantages that can reducethe dosage of estrogen without losing effectiveness; avoidingundesirable effects of excessive activation of blood coagulation.</p>
Трансдермальные эстрогены характеризуются ярко выраженными фармакокинетическими преимуществами, что позволяет уменьшить дозировку эстрогена без потери эффективности, избежать нежелательного эффекта избыточной активации коагуляции крови.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>estrogen</kwd><kwd>estrogen receptors</kwd><kwd>thrombophilia</kwd><kwd>bioinformatics</kwd><kwd>securitytherapy</kwd><kwd>gel form of estrogen</kwd><kwd>Divigel</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эстрогены</kwd><kwd>рецепторы эстрогенов</kwd><kwd>тромбофилия</kwd><kwd>биоинформатика</kwd><kwd>безопасность терапии</kwd><kwd>гелевые формы эстроге- нов</kwd><kwd>Дивигель</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Gomes M.P, Deitcher S.R.
