At the same time, bacterial vaginosis is a factor that often accompanies and supports inflammation of the lower urinary tract in women. Simultaneous occurrence of the above conditions is a frequent clinical situation. A differential approach is needed to prescribe antimicrobials to patients with urinary tract infection and bacterial vaginosis, as well as the use of safe natural medicines (biologically active additives) in their complex therapy.</p>
Необходимы дифференциальный подход к назначению антимикробных препаратов пациентам с инфекцией мочевыводящих путей и бактериальным вагинозом, а также использование безопасных натуральных лекарственных средств (биологически активных добавок) в их комплексной терапии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>acute cystitis</kwd><kwd>bacterial vaginosis</kwd><kwd>antimicrobial therapy</kwd><kwd>biologically active additives</kwd><kwd>complex therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>острый цистит</kwd><kwd>бактериальный вагиноз</kwd><kwd>антимикробная терапия</kwd><kwd>биологически активная добавка</kwd><kwd>комплексная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This study was supported by NPO PetrovaxPharm LLC.
