Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство: молекулярные механизмы межгенерационного и трансгенерационного наследования

Аннотация
Посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство – психическое расстройство, тесно связанное с дисфункцией гипоталамо-гипофизарно-надпочечниковой системы, для развития которого необходимо перенесение психотравмирующего события, выходящего за рамки повседневного опыта человека и вызывающего негативные эмоции и воспоминания, которые сохраняются достаточно продолжительное время. На вероятность развития посттравматического стрессового расстройства влияют как факторы внешней среды, так и генетические и эпигенетические особенности организма. Эпигенетические модификации в данном случае выступают в качестве динамичных биомаркеров (“нанометок») воздействия окружающей среды на геном (эпигеном), которые могут при определенных условиях исчезать либо сохраняться не только у особи, непосредственно подвергшейся психогенной травме, но и передаваться в ряду поколений. В обзоре рассматривается вопрос о возможных механизмах межгенерационного и трансгенерационного наследования биологических эффектов посттравматических и связанных со стрессом расстройств.
